Bespoke Tailoring

To the "cognoscenti", bespoke tailoring is the fulfilment of your specific requirements, in a technically skilled and aesthetic way. We use traditional methods of tailoring with horse hair canvas interlinings, linen stays and many thousands of small stitches, together with judicious use of a "goose" (heavy iron), to mould shape into the cloth of your choice

To those of you who have not experienced the pleasures of hand padded jackets, the joy is yet to come.

We are available approximately every four weeks in London's Savile Row, and visiting the Law Courts in the early part of the afternoon before travelling into the City for personal visits. We can measure you, and give you fittings at mutually convenient times on our travels around the UK, the US and some European cities.

Unless we already have a paper pattern for you, your new suit will start after our first meeting. Your personal paper pattern will then be cut from the measurements we take and the instructions we receive from you regarding personal design. Your unique paper pattern is refined as we proceed with fittings, so that the best fit is always available to you when you next order.

Delivery can be expected approximately 4/5 weeks after final fitting.
